O’NEILL
O’Neill is a Californian sportswear and equipment brand founded in 1952 by Jack O’Neill, a surfing pioneer and outdoor enthusiast. His mission is to create innovative products for lovers of water sports and outdoor activities, inspired by a passion for adventure and freedom.
The brand’s history began when Jack O’Neill invented the first protective surfing garment, the neoprene ‘surf suit’. This revolutionised the surfing industry and enabled surfers to face cold water and extreme conditions more safely and comfortably.
During the following years, O’Neill continued its business, and in addition to sportswear, started producing clothing from t-shirts to shirts, all while maintaining its youthful Californian spirit.
